I worked at STL Technology Partners as an intern (More than a year)RecommendsNo opinion of CEORecommendsNo opinion of CEO
compensation was fair, good communication, listened to feedback, quick response when there were issues, developed and fostered good relationship with corporate clients, recruiters and HR staff were friendly, there were good strides to make connections with others working in the community for STL
reserved in approached to discuss concerns with corporate client, took a wait and see, no news is good news, over promised and under delivered on assignment, took a short term contract under the idea that it would convert to a fulll time offer after the end of the short term , afterr that point did not expect another short term contract
Advice to Management
open and honest communication with assigned associates and with the corporate client always is the best solution.
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at STL Technology Partners in March 2011.
Initial screening based on resume. They basically verify everything mentioned in your resume. Then a in-person meeting to analyze your communication and personality I guess. Third step: Presented my resume to one of their clients. It was a good corporate client. They interviewed on two days. First, a technical screening by the hiring manager by in-person interview. Finally two rounds of technical interviews by the technology specialists. Overall the interview questions were on approaching business problems, technology trends etc. If you know what you did in your previous jobs, it should be easy.
- They gave the technical details of existing discrete systems. The question was about the way to integrate them. You have to choose a way and justify that. Answer Question
You can negotiate to a certain extend on your salary. Other benefits are not that much.
