    UB faculty is genuinely interested in the best interests of the students and I have found ample opportunities for growth and advancement.


    The winter is obviously a challenge for non-locals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Maybe cancel classes when the snow accumulation is more than 5 feet?
    (During the polar vortex in 2013 we had 1 day off!)
