    Pros

    Great pay, benefits, and incentives. The management team is experienced and supportive! There are great incentive plans!

    Cons

    7 day operation - but great 4 day work week shifts in the warehouse - associates are supportive of one another

    hold the associates accountable, continue to coach and train. Hire experienced applicants
