Employee Relief Fund

undefinedIn the true spirit of what our philathropic efforts are all about, the USA operations team has set up a fund where employees are encouraged to help other employees in need by donations.  SYKES endowed the fund initially and employees can contribute tax deductible donations.  Employees who find themselves in need may request a grant to support them during a personal crisis.  We have already been able to help countless of our own who have suffered a personal loss or tragedy.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at SYKES (Denver, CO).

    Interview

    Was hired in 2000. At the time it was known as Alpine Access. It was easier to get on with them than it is now. And there were a few sales positions, unlike now. Everything now is tech support. Worked on the flowers program. The interview was over the phone and met with a recruiting manager to show my id and such. They were just starting out when I was hired.
