I have been working at Safe Auto full-time (Less than a year)
The coworkers are wonderful, fun atmosphere, love some of the supervisors
Supervisors always seem they are to busy to help especially if u work from home. The pay SUCKS, THE HOUR'S SUCK, no room for advancement unless u know the claims department, u get your sales license but then u are stuck just selling insurance there is no room for advancement for sales reps
Advice to Management
Raise the pay to stay more competitive, figure out why the turnover rate is so high, have more training classes to make sure employee's know there jobs

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Safe Auto in September 2015.
After a nice phone screen with HR, they set me up for a phone interview with the person who I believe was the hiring manager. She asked a mix of basic background stuff and technical questions. I struggled with the technical questions, not because the level of difficulty, but because I was unable to understand the hiring manager because of the language barrier. I was had to ask several times for her to repeat herself, and I was really uncomfortable because I didn't want to make her feel bad. I think the technical questions are better left to in-person interviews because of this.
