I have been working at Safilo

    Pros

Flexible, competitive pay, nice benefits, friendly atmosphere, not too stressful, accommodating.

    Cons

As a graphic designer, you will learn very little. No upward mobility, the job is boring, mostly production work. Not creative.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I liked the management, and other employees. The people there seem very nice at all levels.

    Interview Details

I planned ahead and brought a business plan to interview, I spoke from a business owners' point-of-view, I dressed the part, and thought of myself already in the job before I walked in to the interview.
