I have been working at Safra Bank full-time (more than a year)Pros
The flat organizational structure is refreshing, and helps different parts of the bank work well together.
Small enough for employees to have plenty of responsibility and see their work reach the client.
Benefits used to be fantastic, and despite recent changes, are still relatively good.
Work/life balance is decent and most employees are pretty laid back. Office culture and morale are good.Cons
Some employees are only there because their families are large clients of the bank, and they are untouchable.
Because of the flat structure, upward mobility is limited. Many employees have been there for decades, so moving up requires years of patience.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Try to avoid growing AUM at the cost of internal culture and profitability. Hiring clients' kids and bringing on clients at below-cost rates are bad for business.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
