After one year, I love the people I work with and the environment they have created.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Sage Environmental Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

The motto work hard, play hard is taken seriously. Everyone here likes to have a good time and it really shows in they way people act when they come to work. Its so busy during the weekdays that it is nice to have time to go out with coworkers or clients and have a good time.

If you don't like hard work then this is not the place for you. Besides always being busy (which I see as a pro) there isn't too much about this place that I would change.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see a way of keeping track of time a little differently. Most offices fit into the billable/non-billable hours method but some of the satellite offices like mine work differently. Most of what I do is charged to the clients but I have no way of entering that.

I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sage Environmental Consulting.

Met them at an AIChE meeting, and then chatted at a happy hour. Sent an email and got an interview, got an offer several weeks later. They were very accommodation and transparent in the whole process, and were always willing to answer questions, etc. Also, their interview location was very nice, and the process was very relaxed and pleasant.
