    Pros

They are ethical, care about their people, and are open to new ideas. They understand that their employees are their biggest asset and treat them accordingly.

    Cons

The physical space is a little run down. Some interdepartmental strife exists. Not sure how much room there is for career growth.

    Advice to Management

Salaries need to exceed the market to keep good people happy and loyal! The way the place looks matter to guests, clients and staff. Invest in it.
