    Pros

Love this company! Marty really cares about the happiness of his employees. Decisions are made in the best interest of employees/customers, not shareholders. It is such a positive environment. Excellent training.

    Cons

Working from home can be a challenge communicating w/ team members. Billing system/order pulling systems cause big headaches sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Find more opportunities for employees that work from home to grow. Increase pay and/or bonuses. Even minimum wage jobs in Seattle pay what you pay, and this is not a minimum wage job. Pay for the skills you want.
