Sandata has come a long way, with improvement in several key areas. First, the company has put a real focus on its NY business, which experienced "growing pains" when the company turned its focus elsewhere as it began to expand nationally a few years ago. Things are much better for the company now on its home turf. Second, the company has done a good job hiring quiality staff. After being with the company many years, I believe we now have better management in place than ever before. There is a better balance of internal and external priorities than I've seen in some time, too. Finally, while no company is perfect in this regard, there is more harmony and open communication across departments than has been the case in a long while. Kudos to upper management!
There is little training or educational opportunity at Sandata vs other technology companies. Professional development is something the company needs to take more seriously.
Advice to Management
While the company has done a good job of acquiring better talent and creating a more open culture, it should consciously invest more in educating and growing its existing employees.

Went very smoothly. One phone interview and only one on-site. I think they liked me because I did well on the online test. I started a month after the interview.
