Relaxed job, little physical labor. Paid vacation even for part timers, management is usually nice, extra perks to branches which exceed sales goals. Most of the coworkers are great although the office falls into shambles on a bad day. Overall, it's a decent part time job.

Sometimes you have to pitch sales points to the point you are probably irritating customers. Would not recommend this job to someone who doesn't like being a salesperson. Some of the customers get so entitled, they make it difficult to do your job properly. You get yelled at by people trying to cash someone elses check, or someone trying to withdraw $2k out of an account with no ID....this is a DAILY thing.

    Advice to Management

Try to teach employees more as the grow with the company.
