    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Sanofi US in April 2015.

    Interview

    Contacted by retained search firm about the position, had several phone screens, met recruiter first locally for a several hour conversation, flew up for several interviews in one day on-site, including video-screen interview with the French office. Good mix of hiring manager, other executives, peers and subordinates during interview process. Seemed interested in technical skills, as well as "cultural fit".
