    I have been working at Santander BanCorp full-time for less than a year


    Big brand name with some perhaps inexistent opportunities to move to other countries


    Really demotivating environment with no sense of team work nor planification.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days - interviewed at Santander BanCorp in July 2012.

    Interview Details

    I did a summer internship and then got a full time offer the next year. Communications were via phone and they flew me in for an interview with the DIrector of the area.

    Very straight forward in the same interview. The person started with an amount and I made a counter offer.
