I applied online. I interviewed at Santos (Adelaide (Australia)).
Application online followed by psychemetric testing. phone interview completely suprised just confirming stuff written on my resume. Santos generally look for kids with extra curricula or previous work experience. The assessment centre included a presentation of company, a fun I've breaker bingo, then you had to do a ten min presentation on previous technical work experience or assignment then a group activity which was lots of fun too followed by an interview! overall fun day! I didn't get the position but they only took on one chem eng vacation student in my city due to the hard year they've had.
