I have been working at Sarnova full-time (Less than a year)
Great medical bennies (dental, vision, health, accident and death, disability, 401K and Roth 401 with a 5 morningstar ratibg), wellness allowance, good pay and supportive culture.
I am not a huge fan of the enterprise resource system, it's a little dated for the volume of work we do.
Advice to Management
Get the new enterprise management system and maybe a pool for the back lot? That'd be sick.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sarnova (Dublin, OH) in July 2015.
Applied on company's website on Tuesday and got the phone call for phone interview from HR next day. 30 minutes phone conversation go over my resume. On Thursday got the phone call from HR to set up the onsite interview next Wednesday. Met with VP of Operation, Department Manager, and Supervisor. Last about an hour. Went quite well. Got the phone call on next Tuesday and set up the meeting for another interview with another VP and Department Manager again, however, got the phone call next day told me I was offered the position. The whole process took 2 weeks (from applied to got the offer)
- How do you prioritize your tasks? Answer Question
HR would ask your expectation for the salary then will tell you how much they are willing to offer. Strongly suggest to do your own research on that before you apply the job.
