    Pros

I was referred here by a friend, and I think it’s a fun place to work. It can be challenging at certain times of year when it’s real busy, but the days go by quickly. The work is interesting, and the customers are professional. They have standards (they call them core values) that everyone is expected to live by, and that helps eliminate a lot of issues that I’ve seen at other companies. The training for new hires lasts at least a month.

The best part is that I see a future for myself here. Many people are promoted internally and there is a lot of attention on our careers. I can talk openly to my managers, which is important to me.

They have surprise parties and catered meals during busy times, in addition to the daily snacks and coffee/tea they have year round. The new office construction and furniture are pretty cool too, with a great view of Dallas.

    Cons

If you don't agree with the core values, it won't be a fit.

    Advice to Management

You can never have too many parties!

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Savoya (Dallas, TX) in April 2014.

    Interview

I first had a Skype interview that lasted about 30 minutes then was asked to travel 6 hours to a in person interview that lasted three hours. In that time I interviewed with 3 people (took about 1 hour) then I had to take two tests (the other two hours)
