    Pros

    - Flexible work environment - Good benefits package - Respectful and cordial atmosphere

    Cons

    - Lack of true leadership - Lack of creative work environment - Disparate team geographic locations - Backward thinking technology policies

    Advice to Management

I think senior leadership is much too hands-off and reactive if anything. Its either a "go with the flow" or lead yourself environment. My opinion is general is that what likely started as a sincere focus on customer service over work quality has lead to a general complacency with status quo work practices and the mentality that lower quality work is acceptable as long as its delivered with a good attitude.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Savvee Consulting, Inc..

    Interview

Because this position requires a clearance, the hiring process was a bit lengthy. I had a total of 3 interviews. One interview was a phone interview, another was a faceto-face with management, and the last interview was with the client whom I was going to support.

    Interview Questions

    • They didn't ask many questions because my resume was so detailed. The managers did most of the talking.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

There was no negotiating because I was satisfied with the salary that I was offered.
