I worked at School Specialty full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The people who were on Support Team. The class of Customer Base they provided service to. The Management Team also very helpful with helping with solving problems and getting us we need to do the job and to increase the sales. Great compensation package.

    Cons

Sometimes the programs that we offer Customers were too many and would last only couple of months and they would either get cancel or change. This would confuse the Customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great Company to work. I'm sorry that I had to relocate and lose my position. But, if I had another opportunity to work for your Company, I would not think about I would take any position offer by your Company.

I applied through a staffing agency – interviewed at School Specialty in July 2013.

    Interview Details

Phone interview with consulting tech onsite during the job and off-site manager at remote location.
It was a very simple interview just asking experience I had. Confusion over how many hours/pay rate were not clear and changed from the time I excepted the job and before I started.

    Interview Questions
    • Asked me if I new how to support Zebra printers and I thought that Eltrons were the same thing(which I have experience) so unfortunately it created some problems.   Answer Question
