I worked at Schott Corporation as an intern (More than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
Probably one of the better internships you'll find in Westchester County. Employees are friendly, managers are very flexible and the workload can range from light to heavy depending on your department (IT, Marketing, HR, A/P, A/R, Payroll, Management etc.)
You WILL be challenged. There is always something to do and your managers/ co-workers are always willing to help!
Minutes away from Pace University, Tappan Zee Bridge.
Pay is not competitive. Not much vertical growth. Very few interns become full-time employees.
Advice to Management
Great job fostering a secure, friendly and happy atmosphere.

Very "by the book" interview, with questions that were right out of books you will find in every bookstore. Plant tour was interesting, but it was very strange when two of the people from the employer's side in a group interview got into an argument over the meaning of one of the textbook questions.
