I have been working at Schreiber Foods full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great benefits, employee owned, good money, and flexible schedule.

    Cons

It's a feel good place with little corrective action towards the ones who lack motovation and will to work. Management is close minded to the partners with ideas to better the facility or process improvement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open your ears and minds to what others have to say, just because it wasn't your idea doesn't mean its a bad idea.

I applied in-person - interviewed at Schreiber Foods in December 2010.

    Interview Details

I had an interview with an HR Team Leader, followed by an interview with a department Team Leader, who then gave me a tour of the plant and introduced everyone working. The process seemed very structured and people were very friendly and answered all my questions. I was notified the same day that I can be hired. I asked a few days to think about whether or not I would like to come on board. They actually called me twice to see if I would be interested in joining their team. It was very flattering.
