I have been working at Schreiber Foods full-time (more than 8 years)

Great pay and partner driven governing system. I appreciate the practice of seniority.

Benefits and bonuses have only gotten worse over the last 7 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please reconsider policy on advancement opportunities for partners that do not have a college degree. Your missing out on a lot of potential.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Schreiber Foods in August 2014.

    Interview Details

Applied on the company site and was then asked to do an assessment a week later. The next day I was asked for a Skype interview. First question was about whether I would require visa sponsorship in the future, which I would so the interview was ended there.
