I have been working at Schuylkill Health part-time (more than 5 years)

I do really enjoy my work. Yes, some days are extremely stressful but then I will get a compliment from a patient or to just help someone else who is really sick maybe feel just a little better is all worth it. So over all it is a good place to work. Healthcare is the same everywhere helping sick patients that is what you are there to do.

Non-consistent management. One employee may get in trouble for something and the same rule is broken by a different employee and the punishment is different. I noticed this with many different things what is ok for one is not for another!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember what you say to your employees because they do! I know on many occasions my manager has made statements that later says were never said when others are there or has forgotten what was said.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Schuylkill Health in July 2013.

    Interview Details

Very long process to be contacted for interview seemed like it was overall a two month process, lack of communication from HR. ONe of the worst long drawn out processes I have ever experienced. I did not hear back from HR in weeks via mail or phone call to know if I was being offered a position or not. They promised a decision/call within one week never heard back for approximately a month. Was told they take a long time and had too much going on within the facility to get back to me. Major turn off...
