Immediate access to senior management on a daily basis. Excellent benefits that were a 100% paid for. Commute time was 10 minutes which was pretty sweet.

Salary was less than the market rate for many positions. Company was bought by Heineken and local office was closed down.

    Advice to Management

Pay according to market rates so you can get a better selection of employees. Really listen to employees suggestions. They may have some good ideas you haven't thought of.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Scottish & Newcastle in December 2009.

Discussed all the things mentioned on the CV. Asked me to give examples of different situations, like, how my team members feel about me, give example of situations when i took a decision to help out my team members. Have i applied with some other company? Why i applied here?
