I have been working at Screwfix full-time

    Pros

Stable work, half decent benefits, some good co-workers (but also many bad ones)

    Cons

Badly paid for the amount of work, annoying shifts, paperwork and no real prospect of progression.. If you're lucky you may get a half decent manager but don't hold your breath,
