I worked at Scripps Health (Less than a year)
Nice people, flexibility to schedules, office/ergonomic environment is set up to minimize strain and maximize productivity. I enjoyed the group I worked with, they were helpful when I got stuck on something I wasn't familiar with.
Parking was an issue, not sure how they could fix - no space to expand.
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview
- No OfferNegative Experience
The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Scripps Health.
My interview was conducted with an panel interview of the top 5 people in all of scripps pharmacy department and was asked several questions about my past experience.. Was very nerve racking and the one of the interviews that pretty much was going to decide to hire me told me either: "you'll be receiving a job offer or a guaranteed second interview". I never heard back whatsoever and my online status went to: "no longer review" That was a suprise with no explanation whatsoever. Very unprofessional, at least be courteous enough to let a prospective employee know what's going to happen instead of stringing along and then lying to their face in the interview. For so called medical professionals, you sure have a funny way showing your professionalism and staying true to your words.
