    I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    Probably the best part of the job is lively team spirit. Everyone seems to be "on board", which is partly related to polished HR practices and loyalty of many managers. There are a lot of benefits for every team member, such as unlimited free park passes and discounts on everything.

    Cons

    Monetary compensation is on the lower side, so you better make use of those non-monetary benefits they provide. Some of the departments/managers are of much lower performance than the others.

    I applied online. The process took 2 months - interviewed at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.

    Interview Details

    Took over two months from start to finish. From Application to Interview, it took three weeks. First interview was a panel interview with senior leadership of the department and one member of HR. Second interview was with the VP of the department. Interview process includes behavioral based questions as well as technical questions.
