    I worked at Sealy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Interesting in the amount of materials and processes that you are exposed to during beds manufacturing.
    Time off was fair and shift turnover was fairly reasonable.

    Cons

    Many employees involved in the process which requires a great deal of supervision, depending on the work force. Plant evaluation was difficult when dealing with so many departments, and so many people, that it was hard for everyone to come together to succeed overall.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give more resources to the direct line supervisors in order to achieve better results.

    The interview process was simple. The HR director was very nice and inviting. Just be yourself and have an available schedule.
