SFC offers an excellent benefit package, 401K, insurance (paid by the company), competitive salary, bonus programs, profit sharing, affordable dental insurance, life insurance with an optional offer to buy additional life insurance. We are treated with respect, we get the needed and appreciated acknowledgement for what we do to be successful. I feel that this company is a part of my family, and receive the encouragement to give 100% every day. My supervisor is not just my boss, he's a mentor, teacher, friend, and confidante. Our state works as a team, for our territory for our state, for our region, for our company.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 days – interviewed at Security Finance Corporation of Spartanburg.
It was fairly simple. I had done collections before so i knew the requirements and what would be expected. The manager was not very experienced at security finance but they had other experience. Made me feel like i knew what i was getting myself into.
