I have been working at Seiler full-time for more than a year

Regional firm where most everyone knows each other within the firm. Coming from a Big 4, Seiler is a great place to continue my career. Compensation is very competitive and hours are not that bad (I've definitely worked more at other firms). The partners, senior managers, and managers are all friendly and take the time to get to know you.

Technology could use some updates. The firm currently does not have an IM system, which would be helpful and sometimes more efficient as the firm continues to grow. The firm should have more of the leadership team and partners on board to move towards paperless systems for all functions/departments (tax, audit, etc.).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Succession planning seems to be lacking. Senior partners should work to mentor their senior managers and managers to take over their clients. This will help continue those client relationships with the firm in the future.
