Decent pay, mortgage servicing industry experience, co-workers.
Stressful environment, favoritism, unrealistic bonus structure always the same people making the bonus because of the way they route the calls to their favorite employees. People in management are rude, supervisors have no people skills and if you go to HR you will be labeled as a trouble maker. No communication in between departments and never on the same page.
Advice to Management
Treat your employees better, they are the reason why you still in business. Stop the favoritism, be fair to all the reps across the floor.

I applied online. The process took a week – interviewed at Select Portfolio Servicing (Salt Lake City, UT).
Went through one interview with two members of management. Very basic interview with general questions. No questions regarding collections but sales. Interview focused on goal driven personality attributes and competitiveness. Entire interview was short. I interviewed during a major hiring event and felt like it was a rushed interview due to the amount of interviews needed to complete. They didn't have an interview room ready because all conference rooms and interview rooms were in use. Had to wait at the door with management and had to squeeze in because others managers were trying to get a room as well. There wasn't a second interview and I received notification from HR.
