Select Staffing is an employment agency that takes to heart what you share with them during your initial interview. They truly try to both find you your dream job or, if you're open to temp work, find the best places to work in the meantime! They are also warm and friendly - you feel like you're talking to friends.
I haven't encountered anything negative.

I applied online. The process took a week – interviewed at Select Staffing.
I had a 9am scheduled phone appointment with the recruiter to discuss a job opportunity that I applied for last week. She instructed that I call her at 9am (which I thought was odd to begin with) which I did. She literally spend 2 minutes with me over the phone, and the only 2 questions she asked me was (1) Why are you looking to leave your current place of employment, and (2) Do you really live in Indiana.
She immediately blew me off with some lame story about not wasting each other’s time by putting me in front of IL clients due to the fact that I live in IN and ended the call.
She was lazy, dismissive and unprofessional.
