I have been working at SelectBuild

I enjoy the people that I work with.

The company is being restructured due to the current housing market which is understandable but the changes are not being communicated and employees don't understand the direction the company is headed. This leads to negativity, low morale and suspicion in the workplace. Upper management needs to make a plan for how to proceed in the current marketplace and implement it!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate and have respect for the employees of SelectBuild. Senior management owes it to their stakeholders to make the best of this market and try to turn a profit but that is not happening and this is threatening the viability of SelectBuild.
