Work/life balance is a struggle for some but this is being taken seriously by Corporate & regional offices.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Selective Insurance (Newark, NJ) in July 2015.

    Interview

Professional- all HR driven with basic questions- no advice on this area- dark boring quiet business environment doesn't feel friendly-Sussex county location not much in the area to do or see- commute not great- have gym which is nice but no one uses it because workload seems too much
