    Free food, Benefits, Interesting people, many manyyy opportunities to advance and grow, generous end of year bonus & turkey for thanksgiving, etc.


    Lots of cigar & cigarette smoke, some very rude guests.
    Too much regulation in the Cash Ops department.
    Very risky position. Probably one of the departments with the most turnover. If you have a really bad variance it could hurt you a lot. If you are even 1 minute late back from lunch, you will be written up.

    Advice to Management

    Longer lunches. There is not enough time to go all the way up stairs, get your stuff, wait for your food, eat, and make it back in 30 minutes. 45 minutes is more reasonable.
