Good products superior than leading competitors
1) Managers and seniors managers are NOT receptive towards career advancements for their employees. Some managers get promotions but they do not deserve it because of their terrible management styles and NO leadership abilities. They get promotions only by kissing butts to upper management so they get promotions. 2) When someone is no longer at Semrock due to work force reduction they want to keep a secret that they are no longer there. Why should there be a secret? You are humiliated if you don't do anything wrong. 3) The pay is BELOW what you deserve. NO wonder nobody wants to stay a minute longer at work if they don't have to. Most of the employees only work there for a paycheck and NOT for a career. The turn over is very short. In summary, Semrock likes firing people for no legitimate reasons.

Be receptive to your employees.
