    Job can be boring at times; management needs improvement

    Advice to Management

    Treat people better; pay them on inclement weather if they can't come to work or have to be released early from work; pay them overtme pay.

    I could tell the person conducting the interview didn't believe my answers, their only goal was to get someone hired to fill a call center position. It was very casual and the person conducting the interview had an attitude that I was wasting her time.
