    Pros

Ability to move to other positions within the company leading to management, and the ability to work remotely if a client or position allows. The company also offers classes to help its employees advance their career goals and learn other skills.

    Cons

Contract based employment. If a contract ends and there are no other positions available matching an employee's experience level, the company may change employment status to on-call or lay off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice. The company provides an opportunity to employees to voice concerns and express ideas through its yearly survey.
