    Pros

    Working with the clients and the rewarding when putting clients back in their repaired homes. Regular late nights from homes that have been flooding, water damage, and homes burnt from a various reasons of disasters.

    Cons

    Heavy lifting property, cleaning jail cells from scabies & vomit, and tearing out floorings and walls.

    Advice to Management

    No one has ever been let down by me. I am a hard worker and dedicated. I have worked in call centers with the highest and accurate numbers possible.

    Application

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a weekinterviewed at Servpro Industries (Carthage, MO) in June 2015.

    Interview

    I took a quick test to rate my problem solving skills and reading comprehension, then I met with the office manager and franchise owner. Interview took about an hour and a half. The questions asked made you really think about what they were asking and what you were going to answer.

    Interview Questions

    • General questions, but there were a couple that stood out.
      "What is something you've done that you're proud of?"
      "If offered the job right now, what would you do?"

      That first one was hard for me; I couldn't think of anything other than raising my daughter.
      The second one took a little bit, but be honest, think about what you'd want to do if given a job right then.
