    Through my experience since 2001 I was an invaluable resources as a classroom instructor I assisted those Staff members who had no teaching experience techniques to improve their classroom effectiveness. Developed curriculum that enhanced adults with special abilities to obtain group or competitive employment through training in promptness, hygiene, focusibility to task and these curriculum classes proved to be very important in creating success in the lives of these individuals, and contruting to a meaningful day.


    The cons were very slight. The Staff and myself became very innovative in creating programs that the individuals found engaging and we could recognize a change in behavior as a result of the relationship the we created between individuals and Staff. There was a certain level of trust that didn't exist before. We made the learning experiencing for the individuals more interesting and exposed them to new and different venues and genres. The extra time spent by the Staff paid off threefold. We did definitely did abide by the the 3 "P's".

    Advice to Management

    We could benefit more technological equipment in order to enhance the advancement of the familiarity of the use of iPads which they are using now. Even though the cognitive level of the individuals' levels flucuate I believe I am a firm believer that there is nothing you can't teach any person. Patience, learning process modification, and team cooperation is the key. I have found the in my experience this has worked at a high result rating.

    I applied online – interviewed at Seven Hills Foundation in December 2014.


    I was contacted immediately and scheduled an interview within days. Once background check was completed, I was contacted to do a drug screening and mesical exama in or deer to start asap. 2 weeks later I was training.
