I worked at Shanghai Volkswagen as a contractor (Less than a year)

I really liked that I was able to experience working culture of a Chinese company based in Shanghai. Everyone was friendly and I did get to look at the South African market in detail which I liked.

I didn't like how many decisions were made from the top with little ways for entry level position to make an impact. Most things were predetermined and I did not feel that what I did mattered.

    Advice to Management

Involve everyone in the decision making process and be more transparent!
