    Great company with good quality. Upper Management really cares about the workers. The CEO always walks in smiling and warmly greets you even if you haven't met him. Nice to know that higher up management cares for their staff. Good company to work for.


    They are part of corporate. Headquarters are in San Diego. Decisions are sometimes made by those who are uninvolved and distant from the operation process.

    Advice to Management

    Send more of corporate to Rocklin to learn true operations. Have them get in on the line for an hour so that they really truly understand how things work.
