Shearer’s Foods was founded in 1974 by brothers Bob and Tom Shearer when they purchased a snack food distributorship. Unable to find products that met their high standards for taste and quality, the Shearers began their own snack food manufacturing operation and Shearer Perfection was born. The company rapidly expanded beyond its namesake Shearer’s brand of potato chips into an award-winning snack food industry. Today, Shearer’s is regarded as the premier commercial, contract, and private label snack food manufacturer in the nation.
Shearer’s® brand products include Potato Chips, Tortilla Chips, Pretzels, Cookies, Crackers, Pork Rinds, Puffs and Curls, as well as riceworks® whole grain rice crisps. We also produce contract and private label products for snack companies and retailers worldwide.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Shearer's Foods.
Straightforward interview, interviewers all seemed fairly unprepared and unengaged. The only competent interviewer was the representative from HR. No really challenging questions, again, the questions were easy and no curveballs.
