    Pros

Freedom to handle customers as you wish. Freedom with how you chose to structure your day.

    Cons

The Managers can get involved at anytime if they do not feel you can handling it. Can be fired at any time.

    Advice to Management

I loved my time working there, but I had Ideas, to drive traffic to the lot. I wish would have been listened to.
