I have been working at Shire Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 3 years)
Shire has a great culture to work in. While there are always new projects and challenges, coworkers are always willing to work with you and answer questions.
As with many companies, change is frequent. Reorganization or possibility of being acquired is something to think about.
Advice to Management
Sometimes re-org rumors are worse than what is really going to happen. Better to let us know later that there is going to be a re-org when more information is available.
