I have been working at Shop 'n Save part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good training, decent managers, common sense mostly prevails.

    Cons

    Sometimes hard to get hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a bit too much micromanaging going on. It only serves to waste time and discourage employees.

    Application Details

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week - interviewed at Shop 'n Save in July 2012.

    Interview Details

Was very easy, basically just filling out paper work with one of the upper level store managers. Applied and was contacted a few days later. Shop n' Save is sometimes desperate for employees and they make their interview process very simple in order to hire more people.
