    - Really nice people, even at the Executive/C-Level
    - Good perks if you work in marketing, sales, PR, or SHO Sports)
    - Steady company that has their workflow down while still continuing to grow


    - Pay is less than ideal
    - Long tenure and little turnover leads to few opportunities to move up

    Applied online, then was contacted by HR to email the Director to set up a phone interview. Interview was very helpful and applicable, and the Director was very down-to-earth. He was conversational and the information was accurate. After that he said HR would contact me.
