    Pros

    Uncapped earning potential that can range from $5k (average rep) and up per month. Consistent high activity performers earn $5k-$10k per month and top performers earn $10k-$15k+. The monthly commission checks are no joke!

    Cons

    Long hard hours but no different than any other profession that pays $150k+ annually. Results driven organization so be prepared to be micro-managed if you're under performing.

    Advice to Management

    Offer incentives for top performers to work independently if they are consistently surpassing company goals. Understand that not everyone responds to the same management style. Conform your coaching style to match the individual.

    Interview

    This was a very expedited interview process. From initial interview to offer letter it took under 2 weeks and this was with me interviewing with 3 managers and going on 2 field rides. They knew that I was interviewing with other companies and didn't want to lose me to someone else.

    There was no negotiation. They offered me the highest salary possible for the position due to my tenure and prior sales experience.
