I was recruited by the management with the opportunity and moved from my previous employer. A manager forwarded me the posting to see if I was interested. I considered it and thought I would interview anyway.

    Interview Questions
    • Give me a situation when you had to use your common sense. This question took me off guard because everything I do IS based on common sense.   View Answer
    • Please try to be as detailed as possible regarding the technical question, business case, etc.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
HR called me with an offer, I gave them a range. They wanted to make me happy because the management recruited me. The HR rep asked what I was looking for, I gave the range and they asked me if I was ok with the bottom of the range and I said yes. They came at the bottom of my range and then when I asked for more, they make it really difficult for me, like I was going to jeopardize my position for asking for more. So now I'm not really happy with my pay, given my experience.
