I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Siemens Energy & Automation (Norcross, GA).
Terrible communication! Hiring manager called me at 9:30pm in March 2015 and without identifying the position, he asked if I was interested in discussing it right then. I thought it was a scam, at first. I was in shock that a Director from Siemens would call so late at night and try to impromptu interview me. The very abrupt interview went well enough that I was invited yo the Norcross, GA office for a panel interview. Two different Siemens recruiters sent me an email regarding scheduling the interview date & time. They did not ever respond to questions asked about the position. When I emailed the Director to get answers, he told me to ask the Recruiters, after I already explained that they were unresponsive. When I arrived at the interview in Norcross, I was asked where my presentation was. The Director said that the Recruiters were supposed to send me instructions to prepare a presentation for the interview. Overall, it was by far the worst interview experience in my 15 years of experience.

Reasons for Declining
Extremely disappointed in the hiring manager and the panel I met. They didn't act as though it was a 2-way street . They made me feel like they desperately needed a body in the role. No answer regarding advancement opportunities in the long-term.
