If you want to work for nothing you can learn anything you want to for free. The owner of the company does not like to share information about the company and expects employees to find him leads and contracts with very little assistance (or should I say none) and very little pay.
The company is very secretive in the way they conduct business and are insulted if you ask any questions about the company. The literature that is distributed to different agencies is often different from bid to bid. There is no consistency.
Advice to Management
Respect the people who you work with, you never what position they may hold in the future. This company conducts business in a haphazard manner. The employees work long hours and are productive but the owner has very little patience and wants new business immediately. He often gets angry when an opportunity does not come through.
