I worked at Silvaco full-time (More than 10 years)
It was very flexible and for a company that size, till recently, it had a family feel to it. With the exception of a few, great people to work with. The difficult people would disappear eventually.
Did not a get raise or review in many years. It did not allow me to grow in ways that would have been helpful for my career and for the company. Also, the culture has changed to become more clinical, where it's a typical, faceless corporation.
Advice to Management
Go back to the family feel and go back to what worked in the past.
